CLINIC visits

We will again be scheduling clinic visits on a limited availability.  Some of these visits will start on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 27th, with the majority of them being scheduled for Thursday and Friday morning.  Please indicate your interest in participation on the conference registration link.

Note: new patients will be given priority for clinic visits and are on a first-come, first-served basis until all openings are filled.  There are openings for US and International patients, as well as follow-up visits for those seen last year.  Insurance information will be requested and financial assistance for out-of-pocket/deductible expenses will be available.

You will be contacted by the hospital in February/March if you are being scheduled for a clinic visit.

travel stipends

This conference is supported by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) through the Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH), and we will again be able to provide small travel stipends.  The stipend amount depends on the number of families attending, with a set maximum amount per family.

Reimbursement forms, with receipts for hotel and airfare/mileage, will need to be submitted to ACH after the conference.  Please note travel stipends will not be guaranteed after this year.
